We wanted to give our testimony on a recent trip to Japan, Oct 18-28, 2023 with Asia Sky Holidays. We are very pleased with the tour. Eddie and David (local Japan guide) were excellent. Very informative, helpful, accommodating, and funny.
Thanks to Tommy (owner) for his generosity. The special touches included those celebrating birthdays in Oct with 4 different specialty cakes and gifts, mochi for everyone to try on the bus, souvenirs of Japan, group photo, free drinks on more than one occasion all compliments of Tommy.
The food included was delicious.
Would have liked more shopping time for our young adult children!
Otherwise, the attractions and cities visited was great!

Just wanted to send you a quick note that my clients Whitten had a wonderful time in China. Their tour guide Patrick was fantastic and really appreciated that he was there in Vancouver and assisted them through the airports. They had many reservations about going due to the tensions between Canada and China, but are very happy that they did go. They felt very safe and secure on tour. All the food on tour was exceptional, much to their surprise as not all food on tour is usually good. Hotels were good, and clean. No complaints and they are looking at Thailand and Vietnam with China Star in the future. My clients send China Star a huge thank you for taking them on a trip of a lifetime!

We recently took your tour of Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia. We travelled on your tour leaving February 22nd, 2019. My sister and I had an amazing trip and want to thank you for organizing such an interesting tour. I loved all scheduled excursions, exactly what I had hoped for. There was so much variety, something for everyone. The restaurants were fantastic, we would never have been able to find them if traveling on our own. We were very pleased with the accommodations, the service was exceptional. I would like to thank Robert our tour escort as well as all our tour guides of each country visited, you made our vacation stress free and took care of all arrangements and then some.
We would highly recommend your tour to Vietnam and Thailand with the addition of Cambodia. I hope some day to visit China with China Star tours.

We recently had the extreme pleasure of taking one of your guided tours to China. Tour #TFOA- 1017. The tour was jam packed with wonderful sights and sounds. Everything was EXCELLENT! The tours, the food, the hotels and all of the guides, especially our tour guide Patrick Guan. He took such good care of us, making sure all of the logistics of our trip were under control. Patrick provided insight and education as we went along.., we loved hearing personal stories as well.
We would like to thank you personally for the lovely gift of the beautiful silk embroidery Patrick presented to Maria on her birthday. It made for a very special day for her.
We recently returned from tour #TFOD-0104. We would like to report that this was an excellent tour and we feel we got our money’s worth of activities, history and information. The Canadian tour guide, Pinna Eng had everything under control as she was very organized, and helpful. Another thing that we appreciate about her was her ability to be flexible and make changes when they were needed. The guides in the three countries were also good. Their knowledge was excellent and they could switch topics when they felt the group
Needed a change. This was an excellent tour and we would recommend it to our friends.

I just returned from my China Star Holiday on Wednesday. Our tour guide Eddie was amazing! It was my first trip to China and the first time I had experienced a guided tour. It was such a smooth transition everyday with Eddie and the local guides. Fantastic 5 star hotels! Action packed itineraries. There has to be something negative with every vacation so I would say that more time at the zoo was needed and possibly a map or guide to ensure you didn’t miss any animals. Where is your next tour Eddie?

I want to thank you for providing us with a lovely trip through China. It was a great experience with some very special guides. Patrick was exceptional in taking care of the group. Our guides in Beijing (Leo), and Tibet (Dawa) were the best of the local guides! I would suggest that Frank, in Shanghai, was not the best of the guides. He was a little on the crude side with some of his jokes, which did not go over well with the group. As well, after having been supplied
With water on the bus in every location, Frank told us we had to pay for it! After consultation with David, Frank changed his information to say that we could have one free water per day. Unfortunately, Shanghai had a lot of things crammed into the one day we had there, and most of the group were simply too exhausted to enjoy or even want to participate in the end of the day activities.
We will recommend China Star to any of our friends who decide they would like to tour China in the future.

Terry and I returned home Monday night after completing the Hong Kong extension of our China Yangtze Holiday. I can’t thank you enough for making our visit to China the trip of a lifetime. We have travelled a fair amount in Africa, Europe and South America but never have had the attention to detail that you provided. Each day was an adventure that far exceeded our expectations.
The trip included all the attractions we had on our bucket list but having a chance to ride in a rickshaw and go to a family’s home for dinner, see the opera and the acrobats made it even more special.
Terry’s favorite was the Yangtze River cruise.
The hotels were lovely and being able to sample the cuisine, including the Hotpot, in different locales added to the cultural experience.
We also appreciated the history and insight into life in China that the local guides and you provided. Also loved most of your jokes.
Other than that we enjoyed every moment of the trip.

We felt very well taken care of on the whole journey right up until the last day! Our guide Richard Zheng was absolutely fabulous! He went above and beyond every single day, anticipating the wants and needs of our group and being helpful any way he could at all times. The local guides in the various cities were great as well, in particular Richard Wong from Shanghai. We felt the guides were all extremely knowledgeable, they spoke very good English and always had interesting information and stories to tell.
We felt the itinerary was perfect with the exception of the extra free day in Beijing. We didn’t feel this was necessary and it was mostly filled with shopping in a high pressure sales mall. I would have preferred just going home a day early or using this day to add the Hong Kong portion on to the trip.
I think all of the hotels that we stayed in were beautiful and very well situated and the food that was arranged was excellent and had nice variety.
All in all a very good trip and we will be very likely to use China Star holidays again in the future.

We had a wonderful time and were well taken care of for the entire trip. The resort was fantastic, so beautiful. Our two days of touring were also great. Hong Kong’s English was excellent and the driver were fun to spend time with. I would recommend anyone travelling abroad to do so through Travel Best Bets packages. We had people greet us and take of us at every key point. We are excited to plan our next vacation.

We were- pleased with all aspects of our trip. I want to especially comment on our guide that we had for 12 of the days of our tour, from New Delhi to Udaipur. His name was Durgesh. This young man was excellent! He was very knowledgeable not only of the sites we saw and the history but about the many different questions we had regarding the economy and lifestyle of the Indian people. He was very kind and patient, a great listener, and also was able to enjoy our sense of humor!
We definitely would recommend other tours to be able to be fortunate enough to have Durgesh as their guide.
